What Is The Book About?
The journey through leadership should not be undertaken alone. Parents have a vital role in deliberately guiding the transition from childhood to adulthood to leadership because age alone does not equate to leadership maturity. Developing children to be leaders requires intentional parenting with a shift from passive to active support focused on long-term outcomes. ​
