Raising Sons to be Men of Standard

What Is The Book About?
The journey through leadership should not be undertaken alone. A supportive network of mentors, relatives, and community leaders can collectively reinforce principles and remind children of the standards parents instill. Parents have a vital role in deliberately guiding the transition from childhood to adulthood to leadership because age alone does not equate to leadership maturity. Developing children to be leaders requires intentional parenting with a shift from passive to active support focused on long-term outcomes.
Parents are developing future leaders and need to be equipped with practical ways to combat the impact of negative influences and moral decay to produce stronger families and connected communities because we all have a stake in future generations.
